They are summoned by Hell Holes in the Annihilon's Ward on The Inquisition Quest.

Behaviour

They are summoned by the Hell Holes and will attack whoever is closest to it. It usually attacks first whoever is on the sides of the lavahole, if no one is on the sides it will attack whoever stands diagonally, if no one stands diagonally it will attack whoever is closest to the north of the lavahole(to be confirmed)?

Strategy

Try to keep using area runes to kill them off when killing Annihilon. Use Fire Bomb on self, and as long as you don't move and stand in the middle of the fire, it can't reach you.
