When Scarlett Etzel turned towards the shadows, her loyal followers turned away from her. Her change in tactics and the more covert approach has led to the hiring of shady characters to reinforce the order. Any Cobra Vizier is a dangerous foe but in combination with other viziers, they become an unstoppable force of magic. They act as the real guard of the order and defend Scarlett and the other Cobras with an intricate web of spells. Their dark magic is arcane and twisted, to oppose them is to challenge mighty, long lost arts. Born in the shadows and nurtured by death.
Behaviour
A cobra vizier attacks in melee range. A cobra vizier never retreats.
Strategy
Try to stay at distance and do not lure more than a couple at your tank. Beware of its very strong parry chained attack - when running by or trapped by multiple Cobras it's wise not to attack them to avoid this spell.
History
- As announced on February 07, 2020, the fourth batch of Hunting Ground Rebalancing changed its XP from 6,600 to 7,920, and increased its drop rate chance by 150%. Additionally, its chain lighting attack had its damage reduced by approximately 15%.
- As announced on February 18, 2020, the sixth batch of Hunting Ground Rebalancing changed its XP from 7,920 to 9,108, and increased its drop rate chance to +275% compared to pre-rebalancing.
- As announced on July 28, 2020, the ninth batch of Hunting Ground Rebalancing decreased its drop rate chance to +181% compared to pre-rebalancing.
- As announced on April 15, 2021, the patch changed its XP from 9,108 to 7,650, and reduced its loot by 4%.
