This was the old Amulet of Life before the Update 7.2. It has no practical purpose and can be sold back to Eremo. But it is advised to not do this! Since it is a discontinued item and extremely valuable when sold to other players. Alternatively, due to its rarity it is an impressive item to own. Therefore, great for collectors.
