Strategy
When you enter the room, you’ll first face three Drowned Deck Hands, while the Blight Mariner waits on the ship in the northwest corner. Focus on killing the Deck Hands as quickly as possible—any damage dealt to the Blight Mariner while they are alive will instead heal him for 5000 HP.
After about 10–15 seconds, the Blight Mariner will join the fight. If the Deck Hands are still alive, ignore the boss and continue killing them first. Once they’re defeated, switch to the Blight Mariner. You’ll only have a short window to damage him before he retreats back to the ship and summons three new Deck Hands. At this stage, stationary Blight Spitters will also begin spawning. These deal ranged damage but can mostly be ignored, as they don’t directly affect the boss fight.
To minimize damage from the Blight Spitters, try to keep the Blight Mariner in the northern part of the room. Each cycle, more Blight Spitters will appear, so positioning becomes increasingly important.
Tip: If you use hotkeys with the Battle List, consider sorting it in descending order by name. This will place the Drowned Deck Hands at the top and the Blight Mariner at the bottom, reducing the risk of accidentally targeting the boss too early.
