Notes
This item can't be picked up; it can be pushed, however. Two different versions exist and they can be found in several places, most of which are jails, and also in Calassa, the Arena Quarter, and in Tafariel's Throneroom.
Find the Ball on Chains in the Arena Quarter of Yalahar.
Push the Ball on Chains to the city wall and throw it over to the orc area of Foreigner Quarter.
From Foreigner Quarter simply push it through town to your house.
