This item expires 24 hours after it is created, i.e. when the robber spawns. For this reason it cannot be traded on the Market. Turn it in as soon as possible.
It looks the same as a Camouflage Bag. Item obtained during the Bank Robbery Mini World Change. Return it to the corresponding bank to get the achievement Honest Finder. Return 5 of them and you'll earn the achievement Goldhunter.
