Agony

Currently, the only way to receive the Agony condition is through Darkfields, which are created by spells of the creatures from the Darklight Core area of the Rotten Blood Quest. These fields deal 2% of the character's maximum health per second for 11 seconds.

There is no known way to remove or mitigate the Agony condition.
