Accounts

There are two convenient methods to create your Tibia account: through the Tibia website or directly in the Tibia client. Account management in Tibia is done via the account page. Once you have logged into your account, you will see the following sections:

Notes on Account Data

In order to access the game and to manage your account, so-called account data is required. There are several distinct kinds of account data, 2 of which are created during account creation: the assigned email address and the first password. This data can be changed later on. Also, once you have confirmed your account, you will get a Recovery Key, which is also an important kind of account data. Important: Keep a wary eye on your account data at all times! If somebody else gets access to your account data, your account may be stolen or damaged in some other way!

Account Management

Account management is done via the account page. Once you have logged into your account, you see the sections "Account Status", "Download Client" and "Characters". Clicking on the button "Manage Account" on the top of the page, will bring you to your second Account Management page which contains several more sections. On top of the second page you find a navigation box which contains links to quickly jump to the various sections. All possible sections of your two Account Management pages are explained below.

Account Status

In this section, you will be informed whether your account has Premium or free status, along with the expiration date of your Premium Time. You will also receive notifications if your account is not confirmed, if there's a waiting ticket answer from customer support, or if your account has a new entry in the rule violation record. You can use the buttons on the right-hand side to manage your account, get Premium Time, or log out.

Download Client

This section provides a link to the download page for the latest Tibia client.

Characters

Here, you will find a list of your characters, including their name, vocation, level, owned houses, guild memberships, and hidden status. You can delete or undelete characters and edit character information, such as hiding the account, adding a comment, or setting a forum signature. You can also view character achievements.

General Information

This section includes general account information, such as the assigned email address, account creation date, Premium Time status, last login date, Tibia Coins, loyalty points, loyalty title, and account position in Tibia. It also shows the account's conduct level if there are any active entries in the rule violation record. You can change your password and email address here or terminate your account.

Tell-A-Friend

Invite your friends to play Tibia with you or ask retired players to return. You can send invitations via a link or email address, and you and your friend can earn rewards for joining or buying products in the Webshop.

Loyalty Highscore Character

If you earned a place in the Loyalty Highscores, you can select which character to display. Characters must not be hidden to be selected for the Highscores list.

Products Available

In this section, you can order Premium Time, Tibia Coins, Extra Services, and use game codes to enhance your Tibia experience. Premium Time raises accounts to Premium status, while Tibia Coins are used to purchase products in the Store.

Products Ready To Use

Manage various products you have already purchased or gained, such as Extra Services and special offers. It shows records of all open Extra Services and products ready to use.

History

View your history of Premium Time, Tibia Coins, Extra Services, and vouchers. It includes Premium History, Payments History, Coins History, Extra Services History, and Vouchers History.

Rule Violation Reports

If you reported any rule violations to customer support, they will be displayed here. You can have a maximum of 20 pending reports at a time.

Rule Violation Record

This section shows a list of confirmed rule violations made by characters from your account. Entries are never erased, even if they do not affect the conduct level.

Facebook Linkup

You can connect or disconnect your Tibia account to/from your Facebook profile, allowing you to log in easily.

Registration

This section shows the data entered during the account registration process, including first and last name, address, mobile phone number, and nationality.

Authenticator

You can connect your Tibia account to an authenticator app or unlink it. Authenticator adds an extra layer of security.

Email Notifications

Choose whether you want to be informed by email about special offers in Tibia.

Tickets

If you contacted customer support about a problem, your tickets will be displayed here for 180 days from the last reply.

Ordering Premium Time, Tibia Coins, or a Recovery Key

In the Tibia Webshop, you can order Tibia Coins packages (transferable or initially non-transferable) of 250, 750, 1500, 3000, or 4500 Tibia Coins, Premium Time for 30, 90, 180, or 360 days, or the Extra Service: recovery key.

Loyalty System

Players who have had Premium Time on their account for a longer period of time benefit from one or more of the features of our loyalty system.

Account Registration

Tibia accounts can be registered. Registrations are not mandatory, but there are good reasons to register your account.
