Before Update 9.83, this quest could only be completed every 24 hours instead of every 20 hours.

Method

Get a Dragon Shield and an Obsidian Lance. Once you have both of these items go to A Sweaty Cyclops who's in Ab'Dendriel.
If you haven't completed (The Sweaty Cyclops Quest) he will ask you for 3 Bast Skirts so he can make a grass skirt for his wife. If you have already completed the quest, he will not ask you for them again.
Ask him for the metal "uth'lokr" (commonly known as a Piece of Draconian Steel to humans). To make the metal, he will take your Dragon Shield and in return he will give you a Piece of Draconian Steel.
Walk to Kazordoon and take the steel and the obsidian lance to Uzgod below the Depot.
Ask him for "draconian steel". He will take the draconian steel and an Obsidian Lance to make the knife.

NOTE: You can change the Piece of Draconian Steel and the Obsidian Lance to Uzgod without having offer the 3 bast skirt to the A Sweaty Cyclops

NOTE: You can trade these items as many times as you want to get more Obsidian Knives, but you must wait 20 hours between each one.

Dragon Shield + Obsidian Lance = 4.5k (assuming you can buy them for djinn price}}
Obsidian Knife = 5 - 12k (different on each server)
