A special event NPC that was introduced May 31st, 2014. He handed out a Green Light to every Tibian who greeted him. He remained in tibia for about two weeks. On Update 12.86.11871 the NPC was reintroduced with the launch of Tibia Observer app, this time handing out an Observer Tapestry.
