First mentioned on February 21, 2013, but only appears when a world succeeds in the A Piece of Cake World Quest. He gives you a cupcake of choice and a Cake Backpack, or a Cake Cabinet Kit or a Cake Tapestry - you can choose which one of them you want - when finishing a mission.
