It is said that this NPC might be part of a Quest (see talk for discussion). He pretended to be Princess Lumelia to do his pirate friend Captain Kid the favour of being acknowledged, but is in fact a man. After Captain Kid disappeared, however, the pirates in The Cave would not release him.
